Disconnect negative (-) battery terminal Drain coolant by removing the petcook from the radiator Disconnect radiator hose and heater hose from the timing cover Remove the drive belt and harmonic dampener using a special dampener puller. Find FORD 5.Inserted end seals into the timing cover and rear main cap. Let set up for five to ten minutes and stuch the cork gaskets to the block. applied Permatext Hi Tack Sealer to block surface and gasket surface 'sparingly,' per instructions. This timing cover gasket fits the stock timing cover or belt drive timing system for the Small Block Ford Windsor (289,302,351) engines.
